Southbend P32N-HG Platinum Heavy Duty Range

Add a 16" hot top and a 16" griddle on top of a counter, a refrigerated base, or a freezer base with this heavy-duty commercial gas range from Southbend. Made to weather the challenges of daily commercial use, this unit has stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom that offer excellent protection against rust and corrosion.

The hot top and griddle each have two (2) 20,000 burners with one control knob. The hot top features removable steel plates with the center able to reach 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The griddle has a 1" thick plate that retains heat well so you can go from one batch to another with speed. The removable stainless steel grease drawer allows you to easily dispose of all the waste from the cooking sessions. The front of the unit has a 9.25" deep rail that runs the entire width of the cooktop.

This 32" commercial range comes with a fully insulated lining and burner box for excellent operating efficiency. For enhanced safety and comfort, the 5" stainless steel flue riser redirects the heat and smoke so it doesn't linger in the user's space and instead goes straight to the ventilation hood.
