Grill Express™ Two-Sided Grill, electric, 20"W x 10"D cooking surface, fixed lower grill, (2) hinged upper grills, smooth iron grill plates, thermostatic control, accommodates product up to 3" thick, 0.75" splash guard on bottom platen, stainless steel front & sides, cULus, UL EPH Classified
Standard Features:
- Removable grease trough for easy cleanup
- Accommodates product up to three [3] inches (76 mm) thick
- Heavy-duty Two Sided Grills cast iron platens for increased durability
- Operates at temperatures from 175°F (79°C) up to 450°F (232°C) controlled by manual thermostat
- 0.75-inch (19 mm) splash guard on bottom platen to protect against grease spills and contain product
- Heavy gauge panini grills with water resistant conduit that protect electrical connections between top and bottom
- Note: More Restaurant Equipment, Cooking Equipment & Commercial Grills are available.
