Manufactured by Turbo Air, which has been selling heavy-duty refrigeration equipment for more than two decades, this three-section unit is intended for foodservice establishments offering an array of food items that need to be kept cool right before consumption.

At 70 7/8” x 27 1/2” x 28 3/4”, this refrigerated buffet table gives you plenty of room for displaying cold food items on top and storing extra items inside the refrigerated interior. The top can hold (15) 1/3 size 6”-deep condiment pans and pan dividers to better organize your food items on display. All these come standard with the Turbo Air JBT-72-N. The interior has a maximum capacity of 18 cu. ft., providing an abundance of storage space under your display. It has (3) polyethylene-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted according to your storage requirements. You also have the option to add more shelves for an extra fee.

The refrigerator keeps your cold food items deliciously cool and crisp at temperatures between 33° F to 39° F. To help you adjust and keep track of the temperature, this unit has a digital temperature control and monitoring system with an external display.

A transparent polycarbonate sneeze guard is sold separately to ensure your food items are protected from contaminants. Individual clear pan covers for each condiment pan are also available at an extra charge to minimize the possibility of impurities getting into your food.

This side-mount refrigerated buffet table combines durability and style with its stainless steel front, sides, back, top, and interior floor. The interior side panels and door liners are made from aluminum. It has three swing doors equipped with ergonomic recessed handles to give the unit a sleek, modern appearance. The doors have self-closing hinges so you don’t have to worry about someone accidentally leaving one of them ajar. They are fitted with one-piece magnetic door gaskets that can be easily removed without special tools required. The entire refrigerator cabinet has high-density polyurethane insulation foamed into place to help keep the cold air inside.

The Turbo Air JBT-72-N is a self-contained refrigerated buffet table. It is a front-breathing unit so you don’t have to provide clearance against the back and sides. The unit also comes with swivel casters to help you move it around with ease. Once you find the perfect position, you can lock the front casters to fasten the unit into place. At an additional charge, you may also get optional 6” stainless steel legs or 6” ABS plastic legs.

This refrigerated buffet table uses Turbo Air’s innovative hot gas condensate system, which has pipes with special anti-corrosion treatment to prevent excess condensate water from running over and protect against refrigerant leakage. The refrigerant is R290, an environment-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets the latest requirements set by the DOE and EPA in 2017. This unit has an easy-to-open front grille, allowing you to clean the condenser any time without needing a technician to open it for you.
