Radiance Commercial Griddle, countertop, gas, 12"W x 30"D, stainless steel front & side, built-in stainless steel splash guard, 3/4" thick highly polished steel griddle plate, (1) burner, aluminized U shaped burners & manual controls for every 12", individual heat resistant on-off knob, 3" wide front grease trough, removable grease pan, bullnose stainless steel front extension, 2" stainless steel standard legs, regulator included, total 22,000 BTU, CSA, CSA-Sanitation
Standard Features and Benefits:
- ¾” polished steel griddle plate
- 2” stainless steel legs included
- Adjustable standing pilot for each burner
- 4” backsplash with tapered side splashes
- Stainless steel front, sides and 4” front top ledge
- ¾” rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator
- One 22,000 BTU/hr U shaped aluminized burner for every 12” of griddle width
- High efficiency griddle will provide faster cooking and recovery but use less gas
- Ergonomically designed heat resistant PPS (Poly Phenylene Sulfide) On-Off knob
