Radiance Restaurant Range, LP gas, 24", thermostatically controlled griddle, stainless steel front, sides & back riser lift-off high shelf, stainless steel oven interior 26.3” D standard, crumb tray, oven base fully adjustable thermostat, 250°F to 550°F, total 69,000 BTU, 6" stainless steel legs, CSA, CSA Flame, CSA Star, CSA-Sanitation

- Stainless steel front, sides, back riser lift-off high shelf
- CSA certified for safety / sanitation for USA and Canada
- 1 stainless steel oven rack standard (additional racks optional)

- Heavy gauge Restaurant Gas Ranges welded frame construction
- Wrap around full stainless steel oven interior / 26.3” depth standard
- High efficiency griddle will provide faster cooking and recovery but use less gas
