Holding/Transport Cabinet, insulated, capacity (7) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans, fixed racks 3" OC, side mounted carrying handles, recessed control panel, dial thermostat ambient to 190° F, 20 gauge stainless steel interior & exterior, cULus, UL EPH

Standard Features:
