Vulcan VSP200F Description
The Vulcan VSP200F Stock Pot Range is designed to hold two stock pots on it’s 18” wide cooktop featuring concentric ring-type burners that give users control over where heat is applied to stockpot. If you're looking for Stock Pot Ranges and Burners the models on offer from Vulcan are excellent options.
Each stockpot is heated by two independently controlled concentric ring-type burners with each with infinite heat control valves. The control valves are protected by a heat shield. A standing pilot ignition system makes it easy to get the burners up and running quickly.
The stockpots placed on this range are supported by top grates made from heavy cast iron that bear the weight of full stockpots without issue while covering the burners as little as possible.
Stainless steel construction of the front and sides makes the body durable and easy to clean. The working height can be adjusted between 22-½” and 24” with the adjustable 12” legs which also keep the range level on uneven flooring.
Each concentric ring-type burner requires 55,000 BTU/hr of gas input which brings the total required input to 220,000 BTU/hr. Gas is supplied to the unit through a ¾” rear gas inlet and ¾” gas pressure regulator.
