The PGF1201A3650-T1 Accu-Steam™ Countertop Griddle is a liquid propane heated, tabletop model. This griddle has a total effective cooking area of 1,077 sq. in. and has a maximum output of 70,000 BTU/hr.

The Accu-Steam™ line of Commercial Griddles uses hermetically sealed vacuum chambers with chemically pure water inside, similar to the ones found in boilerless jacketed kettles. The vacuum chamber does not require any maintenance or filling since it’s a closed system. Since steam is heating the 7 gauge stainless steel griddle plate, heat is applied completely evenly, any two points on the cooking surface will have a ±5°F variance from each other making this unit incredibly accurate.

The digital thermostat on this Countertop Griddle can be adjusted from 200°F to 400°F and 3 temperature presets can be programmed for ease of use. For operations that only require a single temperature setting, manager mode can be used to lock in the desired temperature.

Excess grease and debris are easily removed from the cooking surface into a ½” deep 3-⅞” deep trough in front of the cooking surface. The trough empties into a 6-½ qt. grease can which can be emptied when convenient through a drawer.

A NEMA 5-15 plug attached to a 5-foot power cord is included to connect the griddle to a 120v/60/1-ph outlet. More Restaurant Equipment, Cooking Equipment & Commercial Grills are available.
