The Beverage Air DD48HC-1-S Draft Beer Cooler comes with a stainless steel exterior finish that is easy to clean to make sure this reliable platform will maintain its looks for many years of service. The interior of this unit has 12.4 cu. ft. to hold two ½ kegs.

The unit features self-closing doors and magnetic door gaskets to make sure the doors are never left ajar and a positive seal is maintained while keeping power consumption to a minimum. The doors come standard with locks to keep kegs inside safe. The interior walls and ceiling are made from galvanized steel while the floor and door sill are made from durable stainless steel. The top of the unit is made from heavy-duty stainless steel and features a drip tray to catch any spills. The drip tray drains through a drain tube at the bottom of the unit to empty into a floor drain. To keep the beer from foaming the 3” stainless steel dispensing tower is insulated.

A ¼ HP compressor provides 1702 BTU/hr of efficient cooling and can be ordered installed on either the right or left side of the unit to best fit your establishment’s needs. An epoxy coated-coated evaporator coil will make sure the refrigeration system will provide efficient cooling for many years. The temperature is maintained at between 36ºF and 38ºF by the unit's fully electronic controls. The non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently while keeping downtime to a minimum. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations.

The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
