Restaurant Range, gas, 36"W x 33.9"D, (1) 36" griddle, 1" thick polished steel, 18,000 Grddile BTU's/hr, flash tube pilot, Bake-n-Roast oven @ 35,000 BTU, (1) oven rack with 3-positions, crumb tray, stainless steel front, sides, riser, lift-off high shelf & 6" adjustable legs, NSF, CSA STAR
