Restaurant Range, gas, 36"W x 33.9"D, (6) 32,000 BTU open top burners, cast iron grates, flash tube pilot, Bake-n-Roast oven @ 35,000 BTU, (1) oven rack with 3-positions, crumb tray, stainless steel front, sides, riser, lift-off high shelf & 6" adjustable legs, 239,000 BTU, NSF, CSA STAR
