The Electrolux Professional 169113 (ARG36FL) EMPower Restaurant Range Griddle is a three-section unit with a 35-13/16” x 22-⅝” smooth griddling surface designed to be used in conjunction with other EMPower kitchen equipment. With Electrolux Professional’s EMPower product line restaurant operators have a selection of kitchen implements that will best fit their needs and their kitchen. Commercial space is limited and it’s always best to maximize the use of it, EMPower kitchen equipment allows for better kitchen design with the right sized equipment right where it needs to be. This griddle has three sections with independent temperature controls. Each burner comes standard with a flame failure device preventing the flame from inadvertently being extinguished.

Griddle Plate: 1” thick mild steel plate recovers quickly and is thermally efficient.

Control Knobs: three control knobs for temperature featuring chrome plating for easy cleaning.

Grease Drawer: Two ½-gallon drawers can be easily emptied by pulling out from the front of the unit. A hole in the drawer’s front lets operators know when it’s time to empty it.

Worktop Material: AISI 304 stainless steel.

Finish: Scotch Brite.

Gas Type: Natural gas is the standard configuration but the included kit allows for field conversion to use propane.
