The Globe GFF50G Floor Fryer is a 50 lbs oil capacity model configured to use natural gas as its fuel source. This unit has 4 heat exchanger tubes with rugged cast iron burners featuring high heat baffles that can produce a total of 120,000 BTU/hr. All this thermal energy is managed by a Robertshaw® millivolt gas valve and thermostat which can be set between 200 and 400 degrees. The combination of these features makes for fast recovery times making this unit ideal for frying breaded or battered food.

These Floor Model Gas Fryers feature fully peened fry tanks made from durable stainless steel with smoothly polished welds for easy cleaning. A 1-¼” full ball-type port drain with an extension pipe makes removing oil and cleaning the fryer as easy as can be. A large cold zone in the tank extends the life of oil by preventing the carbonization of food particles.
