The body of the fryer features a stainless steel front and door with an integral liner making the unit easy to clean while galvanized sides save on costs while providing a durable platform. The fry tank is made from smooth stainless steel that has been fully peened with polished welds. Shipped with the fryer are two mounting options. For a permanent installation 6” stainless steel legs are provided and are height adjustable to eliminate wobble. To make the fryer easier to move a set of 4 casters are included.
