Flav-R-Savor® Air Curtain Heated Display Pass-Thru Cabinet, counter model, (2) tier slides for full size sheet pans, digital controls, 4" legs, CE, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USAThe Hatco FS2HAC-2PT heated display cabinet has a pass-through design that provides front and back access to the interior so you can accommodate twice the number of customers at a time. This 2589-watt unit trades doors for air curtains that cover both openings of the unit with a stream of hot air, which is also pulled to the center and the sides to ensure that products are heated evenly no matter where they are on the display cabinet. This unit features two (2) tier slides that can easily fit two half-size sheet pans or four full-size sheet pans, but it can also be used for holding wrapped food items.
You can set the temperature between 80 degrees to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the temperature control. With the help of Hatco’s patented air baffle and duct systems, this unit can maintain the ideal environment you set for your products, ensuring long-lasting freshness and quality.
The Hatco FS2HAC-2PT pass-through heated display cabinet is a top-quality USA-made product with cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certifications. This model ships with a 6' cord and plug.
