Provide hot food to hungry guests in a snap with the Hatco FSHACH-3 heated display cabinet. This unit has three tier slides that can accommodate half-size sheet pans. This 2950-watt unit does away with doors to provide instant access to fresh hot food, and instead uses an air-curtain solution that creates a drape of hot air from the top of the cabinet opening where the heating elements with protective metal sheathing are installed. This unit has a sleek and durable build thanks to the steel housing with powder coat and stainless steel front panel.

You can heat up products at 80 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 175 degrees, which you can adjust via the digital controls. With a 9-liter autofill water chamber,  this unit introduces moisture with levels of up to 27 percent, allowing you to store food longer without risk of it becoming stale or drying up. There is a rocker switch that lets you turn the unit on and off with a single push. This unit is mounted on 4" legs.

The Hatco FSHACH-3 countertop heated display cabinet is a USA-made product that is approved for safe commercial use by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4. This model ships with a 6' cord and plug.
