Flav-R-Savor® Air Curtain Heated Display Cabinet, counter model, (2) tier slides for 1/2 size sheet pans, 4" legs, CE, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USAThe Hatco FSHAC-2 countertop heated display cabinet from the renowned Flav-R-Savor series provides customers instant access to hot delicious food. This unit is doorless, maintaining hot temperatures for food products in wrappers or sheet pans at desired levels with the use of an air curtain technology that creates a curtain of hot air that flows from the top of the opening. The rear is perforated to extend hot air to the back to ensure full coverage. Heating elements with a protective metal sheath deliver the heat required for optimal holding performance without risk of breakage.
This heated display cabinet has tough but stylish construction with its powder-coated steel housing and a rust-resistant stainless steel front panel that is very easy to clean. This unit comes with two tiers that can each fit half-size sheet pans. You can adjust the temperature between 80 degrees to 175 degrees Fahrenheit via the digital controls, which take no time to operate and master. The top of the unit features a digital temperature readout as well as an on-off switch for easy operation.
The Hatco FSHAC-2 countertop heated display cabinet is a USA-made product that has passed cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 qualifications for safe commercial use. This model ships with a 6' cord and plug.
