Bistro™ Restaurant Range, gas, 48", charbroiler, cast iron radiants & grates, infinite manual controls, cabinet base, stainless steel front, sides, tray bed & stub back, 6" adjustable legs, 120,000 BTU, CSAus, NSF
Standard Features:
- 3/4" Gas regulator
- Stainless steel stub back
- Stainless steel front and sides
- Stainless steel 6" adjustable legs
- Heavy duty cast iron burner radiants
- Stainless steel gas tubing throughout
- 12 gauge all welded firebox construction
- One 15,000 BTU/hr burner every 6" broiler
- Stainless steel cabinet - interior and exterior
- Two separate 14 gauge steel drip pans to control flare ups
- Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control
- 14 gauge stainless steel Restaurant Gas Ranges all welded body construction
- Heavy duty cast iron top grates with built in grease guides that channel away excess fat and reduce flaring
- Note: More Restaurant Equipment, Cooking Equipment & Commercial Ranges are available.
