Bistro™ Restaurant Range, gas, 48", griddle, 1" thick polished steel plate, manual controls (NO TEMPERATURE THERMOSTAT), cabinet base, stainless steel front, sides, tray bed & stub back, 6" adjustable legs, 96,000 BTU, CSAus, NSF

- Stainless steel gas tubing throughout
- 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction
- Stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back

- One chrome plated oven rack per oven (wires curled and welded around main frame with no sharp ends)
