With this 36" reliable, space-saving heavy-duty commercial gas range, you can add two (2) open burners and two (2) 12" hot tops on a counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The unit is sleek, easy to clean, and resistant to rust and corrosion, with its stainless steel on the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom.

The open burners deliver a total of 70,000 BTU and are non-clogging for proper gas flow and flame strength. Each burner has a removable welded steel top grate where pots and pans sit at the same level and can be repositioned easily if needed. There is a removable drip tray for maintenance. The hot tops each have a set of two (2) 16,000 BTU burners and a single manual control knob that can be set to low and high settings. The removable steel plates on these hot tops can get as hot as 700 degrees Fahrenheit at the center.

This commercial range also includes a 9.25" deep front rail and comes with fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser ensures no heat and smoke produced by the unit hang around the user's space.
