(QUICK SHIP) Star-Max® Heavy Duty Commercial Griddle, gas, countertop, 48" W x 21" D cooking surface, 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, embedded modulating thermostat every 12", heavy duty knobs, wrap-around stainless steel splash guard, grease trough & stainless steel drawer, welded steel frame with stainless steel front, 4" legs, 113,200 BTU, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USA, (ships Natural gas includes LP conversion kit) (Ships within 4 days)

- Heavy-duty 4” adjustable legs
- Available in 15”, 24”, 36” and 48” widths
- Heavy duty chrome plated cast zinc knobs
- Large 4-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer
- Highly polished 1” thick polished steel or chrome plate
- Spatula wide 3-1/4” front grease trough and grease chute for easy cleaning
- All units shipped for Natural Gas Service with LP conversion kit and reversible regulator
- 28,300 BTU aluminized U-shaped steel burner every 12” of cooking surface provide even heat distribution
- Cool-to-the-touch Countertop Griddle stainless steel bull nose front provides knob protection and comfortable work zone
- Heavy-duty all-welded countertop range body construction with stainless steel front, bull nose and 4-1/2” high tapered splash guard
- Modulating thermostat inserted into the griddle plate 3/16” from the cooking surface, adjusts from 150° to 450°F providing quick response to surface temperature change
