Star-Max® Heavy Duty Commercial Griddle, electric, countertop, 36" W x 20-3/4" D cooking surface, 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, 150°-450°F snap-action thermostat and 4000 watt element every 12", welded steel frame with stainless steel top and front, splash guard & grease trough, aluminized steel sides, chrome metal knobs, grease drawer, 4" steel legs, cULus, UL EPH Classified, CSA, Made in USA

- Spatula wide 3-1/4” grease trough, grease chute and 4-1/2” high tapered splash guard for easy clean up
- Cool-to-the-touch countertop griddles with stainless steel bull nose front provides knob protection and comfortable work zone
- Heavy-duty all-welded countertop range body construction with stainless steel front, bull nose and 4-1/2” high tapered splash guard
- Snap-action thermostat inserted into the griddle plate 3/16” from the cooking surface, adjusts from 150° to 450°F providing quick response to surface temperature change
