Commercial Griddle, countertop, natural gas, 24" W x 21" D cooking surface, (2) steel radiants, 3/4" thick ultra smooth polished steel plate, (2) independent cooking zones, thermostatic controls, front grease trough & chute, side & rear splash guards, pressure regulator, 4" nickel plated steel legs, stainless steel front panel, bullnose & removable drip tray, 40,000 BTU, cULus, UL EPH, Made in USA (units are shipped with LP conversion kit)
Standard Features:
- 4” nickel plated steel legs.
- Available in 24”, 36” and 48” widths.
- NEW Ultra smooth 3/4” thick polished steel plate.
- Spatula wide 3-1/4” front grease trough and grease chute.
- Manual griddle designed with 1/4 turn manual control and standing pilot.
- Stainless steel countertop range front panel, bull nose and grease drawer.
- High performance 20,000 BTU aluminized steel “U” shape burner every 12”.
- Countertop Griddles thermostat features a throttling thermostat that adjust from 150°- 450°F.
- 3/4” rear gas connection and universal pressure regulator supplied. Field convertible to LP with orifices included.
