If your commercial kitchen needs a countertop griddle designed for heavy use, look no further than the Vulcan MSA24-C0100P Heavy Duty Griddle. This 24” wide griddle comes complete with thermostatic controls for precise temperature control over the griddle top to make sure cooking is as repeatable and simple as possible. This griddle uses U-shaped burners to quickly and evenly heat a ¾” composite plate for rapid recovery.

The thermostatic controls allow for adjustment from 200°F to 450°F with two knobs allowing for precise control over the temperature of separate zones. This griddle comes with two 27,000 BTU/hr U-shaped burners that evenly apply heat to the griddle plate. For ease of use, it features rotary piezo ignition and a pilot safety valve for every two burners.

The stainless steel exterior sides, front, and front ledge make sure this unit will maintain its looks for years to come while keeping it easy to clean. For durability, the chassis is made from fully welded aluminized steel. This griddle has a 6 qt. capacity grease drawer to hold grease and debris from the cooktop. The grease drawer is made from stainless steel and is easy to remove from the front of the griddle making it simple and convenient to empty. Grease is easily moved into the drawer with a 3-½” wide grease trough.

This unit has an 11" cooking height and stands on adjustable 4” legs to make sure it stands level on the countertop.

In total the required gas input of this unit is 54,000 BTU/hr and features a ¾” rear gas connection.
