Vulcan’s ThreePass™ heat transfer system is an ingenious piece of engineering that looks like it belongs on a racecar. This heat transfer system uses heat exchange tubes with two bends that extend the surface area of the gas tubes as burning gas moves through it. This allows it to use more of the heat that would otherwise be expelled by other fryers. The groundbreaking design of the heat transfer system yields this fryer with 72% thermal efficiency and 60.9% cooking efficiency. The SoftStart™ ignition system on this fryer reduces the burn rate while extending the life of the oil.
The cooking temperature is easily adjusted with a simple analog knob behind the door which allows for temperatures from 200° to 390°F. To make using this fryer simple it features electronic ignition and fat melt modes.
The stainless steel construction of the cabinet and fry tank make this fryer durable and easy to clean. This fryer comes mounted on adjustable 6” casters making it easy to move around while keeping it level. This fryer uses 120v power and has a total gas input of 70,000 BTU/hr.
