The AccuTempGGF1201B3650-T1 Accu-Steam™ Countertop Griddle is a high production unit that can easily keep ticket times stable even when a mountain of orders are placed. The 35.9” x 30” cooking surface is made from 7 gauge stainless steel that is evenly heated by steam in a hermetically sealed vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is heated with infrared burners that produce 70,000 BTU/hr. The steam chamber is similar to those found in jacketed steam kettles but in a more compact, size-efficient form factor. Using steam to heat the griddle plate allows this unit to quickly recover while distributing heat evenly over the entire cooking surface. Steam will automatically heat any spot that has cooled from having food placed on it and allows for recovery so fast that you can flip food back onto the same spot confident that it will still be at the right temperature.

The digital thermostat allows the temperature to be set between 200°F to 400°F with only ±5°F of temperature variance. Three temperature presets can be configured for ease of use, or temperature control can be completely locked out with manager mode.

Grease is easily managed with a 3-⅞” wide trough at the front of the cooking surface which empties down a 1-½” x 3-½” drop chute into a 6-½ qt. grease pan. The grease pan is easily removed from the front of the unit with a drawer, and a convenient weep hole indicates when it is full.

This Countertop Griddle is extremely efficient and is ENERGY STAR compliant. A 5-foot power cord provides a convenient connection to a 120v/60/1-ph power outlet through a NEMA 5-15 plug. More Restaurant Equipment, Cooking Equipment & Commercial Grills are available.
