ICE-O-Matic CIM0320HW Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that features water cooled ice machine with 316 lbs of ice production per 24 hours (Tested with air and water temperatures of 70°F and 50°F respectively.). The ice machine produced by this unit measures 7/8” x 3/8” x 7/8”. The water cooled condenser unit uses 179 gallons of water for every 100 lbs of ice produced along with 5.19 kWh of power and 20 gallons of potable water. This unit is configured to utilize 115v/60/1-ph power at 10.7 amps.
BPA-free plastic is used for the construction of the Plastic Food Zone parts. These parts are dishwasher safe and are designed to snap apart for tool-free disassembly. The Agion® treatment to internal parts allows the unit to go for extended periods without cleaning without any adverse effects to the taste of ice produced. The Interior of this water-cooled ice maker is accessed by removing the front panel making it convenient to clean and service without relocating the entire ice maker.
