ICE-O-Matic GEM1306R Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Maker is rated to produce up to 1,350 lbs of Pearl Ice in 24 hours. This model requires a remote condenser unit such as the RGA1061-HM. 100 lbs of nugget cube ice produced by this model requires 12 gallons of potable water and 4 kWh of power. This ice machine unit is wired to use 208-230v/60/1-ph power at 17.4 amps.
In hot-arid climates, self-contained air-cooled units and water-cooled units are inefficient to use. Air-cooled units expel heat into the location of an ice maker and water-cooled units consume large amounts of water. A remote condenser unit is the best solution that addresses both of these issues.
This model features industrial-grade roller bearings that allow the auger to operate for many years without breaking down. A heavy-duty gearbox makes sure that power delivery is efficient and reliable while the SystemSafe monitoring system keeps it from being overloaded.
