Designed for large volume ice production, this 48" wide IDT1500N air-cooled ice machine from the popular Indigo NXT line by Manitowoc Ice can produce up to 1,675 lbs of full dice ice per day. The condenser can be connected to the unit remotely so it can make ice without heating up the room or interrupting the atmosphere. Well-equipped for many years of frequent use, this commercial ice machine sports a DuraTech exterior that is not susceptible to rust and can conceal smudges well so that it stays impeccable with a simple cleaning routine.

This Indigo Series ice maker features intelligent technology such as an acoustical ice-sensing probe and active sense software that guarantee consistent ice harvest even when water or environment conditions are not so ideal, with each cube of ice coming out with proper thickness and density each time. This Manitowoc Ice unit is ENERGY STAR-rated, which means it handles the ice-making process without consuming too much energy.

You can easily program the amount of ice you need the machine to produce. To boost your energy savings, you can set a time for the unit to power down, such as when electrical rates are at their highest, or have it switch off on its own for the night and then wake up in the morning to help you start the day without a hitch. 

The Manitowoc ice machine regularly performs preventative maintenance on its own so you can get ahead of any issues that could arise and be confident that the unit will not fail while you use it.
