Southbend P24N-HH Description
This 24" heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to upgrade any counter or refrigerated/freezer base with a uniform hot top. It is powered by four (4) burners that individually operate at 16,000 BTU. There are two (2) knobs that allow you to manually control them. The stainless steel plates of the hot top can reach up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit in high setting.
Built to weather the rigors of daily use, this commercial range has a durable, rust-resistant stainless steel construction that runs from the front and sides to the cabinet base, the rear, exterior bottom, and all the way to the 6" legs, which you can adjust to suit uneven floors. The 9.25" deep rail at the front offers a small convenient workspace.
The fully insulated lining and the burner box ensure the unit operates as efficiently as possible and maintains proper temperatures. There is also a 5" high stainless steel flue riser that draws the heat and smoke produced during cooking away from the user and into the vent. The stainless steel grease drawer catches drippings and can be removed for quick and easy disposal.
This heavy-duty range comes with CSA Flame, CSA Star, and cCSAus certifications. The unit can be integrated into a battery in any position.
