Vulcan VCCG36-AR Description
For commercial kitchens that need a gas-heated countertop griddle designed for heavy use, the VCCG36-AR Heavy Duty Griddle from Vulcan is one of the best options available on the market. This griddle comes complete with thermostatic controls and a griddle plate that’s 36” wide. The chrome-plated 1” thick griddle plate is made from stainless steel and provides plenty of thermal mass to maintain the cooking temperature while applying heat from the atmospheric burners evenly.
With three control knobs, the temperature of separate cooking zones can be precisely controlled from 200°F to 550°F. With three 30,000 BTU/hr atmospheric burners spaced 12” apart heat is applied to the griddle plate evenly. The pilot protection system keeps users safe while electronic ignition makes it simple to use.
This griddle features a fully welded aluminized steel chassis for durability and stainless steel construction for the front, front top ledge, and sides making it easy to wipe down for cleaning. To make grease removal easy, this griddle features a 6 qt. stainless steel grease drawer that is easy to remove from the front or emptying whenever it’s convenient.
For easy leveling, this countertop griddle comes mounted on adjustable 4” legs and has a cooking height of 14.7”.
90,000 BTU/hr of gas input is required by this griddle through its ¾” rear gas connection. To connect it to a standard 120v outlet it comes prewired with a 6’ power cord that terminates in a NEMA 5-15 plug.
