Vulcan VCRR24 Description
If your restaurant needs a reliable hotplate designed for use on a countertop the VCRR24 from Vulcan offers two burners and is extremely dependable. The burners on this hotplate each produce 20,000 BTU/hr. Precise control is provided by infinite heat control valves for each burner. If you're looking for quality Commercial Hotplates, you can't go wrong with the options offered by Vulcan.
The burner heads are lift-off for easy cleaning and maintenance. Heavy-duty cast iron top grates provide a stable platform for pots and pans. The standing pilot ignition system in this unit makes it simple to use.
The front, sides, and front top ledge are made from stainless steel making it easy to maintain its looks for years to come. The crumbs that fall from pots and pans are easy to clean thanks to the full-width crumb tray on this hotplate. The 12-½” cooking height of this hotplate is adjustable thanks to its 4” legs to keep it level.
The ¾” rear gas connection on this hotplate is used to supply it with 40,000 BTU/hr.
