Vulcan VCRR36 4 Burner Countertop Gas Hotplate / Range with Adjustable Controls - 80,000 BTU

The Vulcan VCRR36 is a countertop hotplate with a single row of burners coming in at 36” wide with four burners.  Each burner has an output of 20,000 BTU/hr and has its own infinite heat control valve for precise heat control. The Commercial Hotplates offered by Vulcan are extremely reliable and are used in kitchens all over the world.

Above each lift-off burner head is a heavy-duty cast iron grate that provides excellent support to pots and pans with minimal obstruction. The standing pilot ignition system in this unit makes it simple to use.

For easy cleaning and maintenance, the exterior features stainless steel construction for the front top ledge, front, and sides. To make removing crumbs and drips that fall from pots and pans, the full-width of the burners has two crumb drawers. The 12-½” cooking height of this hotplate is adjustable thanks to its 4” legs to keep it level.

To fuel this hotplate 80,000 BTU/hr of gas input is required through its ¾” rear gas connection.
