Challenger XL™ Restaurant Range, 72", gas, (8) 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads, 24" manual griddle, 3/4" thick, 4" wide front grease trough, (2) standard ovens, stainless steel front, sides, back riser & high shelf, fully welded body, 6" adjustable legs, 350,000 BTU, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF
Standard Features:
- Fully MIG welded frame
- 6" stainless steel adjustable legs
- Heavy duty cool touch oven door handle
- One year limited parts and labor warranty
- Oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F
- 1" rear gas connection and pressure regulator
- Extra deep pull out crumb tray with welded corners
- Two oven racks and four rack positions for each oven
- Stainless steel front, sides, backriser, lift-off high shelf
- 24" manual griddle, 3⁄4" thick, 4" wide front grease trough
- Shrouded flash tube pilot system (one pilot per two burners)
- Eight open top burners, each burner is 30,000 BTU/hr. with lift-off burner heads
- Heavy duty cast grates, easy lift-off 12" x 12 1⁄2" in front and 12" x 14 1⁄2" in the rear
- Two 35,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth standard oven cavity. Full size sheet pans fit side-to-side or front-to-back.
