Star electric and gas griddles are available with polished steel or chrome griddle plates. The electric griddles operate between 150 and 450℉.
The gas griddles are available with manual controls, embedded modulating thermostat controls, or an embedded snap-action thermostat with pilot safety and operate at temperatures up to 550°F. Depending on the model, they have burners with output capacities of 28,300 BTU or 30,000 BTU per hour.
