The GGF1201A3650-S2 Accu-Steam™ Countertop Griddle from AccuTemp offers 1,077 sq. in. of cooking space heated by natural gas producing 70,000 BTU/hr. Other gas Commercial Griddles use antiquated direct heating methods that require several burners to directly heat the griddle plate. The Accu-Steam Countertop Griddles from AccuTemp use an innovative hermetically sealed steam chamber heated by infrared burners. Using steam to heat the 7 gauge stainless steel griddle plate makes hot and cold spots a thing of the past and recovery is nearly instantaneous.

Front-mounted temperature control is provided by the digital thermostat for precise temperature control from 200°F to 400°F. 3 temperature presets can be configured for convenience, and a manager mode can be used to lockout temperature controls completely. Grease management consists of a 3-⅞” wide grease trough that runs the full width of the cooking surface and empties into a 6.5 qt. grease drawer. Grease splatter is contained with the integrated 4” rear splash and tapered 4” to 1-5/16” side splashes.

A 5-foot power cable with a NEMA 5-15 plug is included to connect it to a 120v/60/1-ph power source  The stand is sturdy and comes standard with casters to easily move the griddle. More Restaurant Equipment, Cooking Equipment & Commercial Grills are available.
