ICE-O-Matic CIM1136FR Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that is a full-dice producing remotely cooled unit capable of a maximum 24-hour output of 968 lbs. This Ice Machine is configured for use with 208-230v/60/1-ph power and it draws 12.8 amps of power. When this unit produces 100 lbs of ice it uses 5.0 kWh of power and 19 gallons of potable water. This unit should be paired with an RCA-2061 remote condenser unit.
The simple one-touch controls inside this unit make descaling and sanitization tasks easy and the Smart LED light will indicate when these tasks need to be undertaken.
The BPA Free Plastic Food Zone within this unit is easy to wipe down for superior sanitation. When these parts require servicing or deep cleaning they can be easily removed without any tools and placed into a dishwasher. The sanitation of this ice maker is further enhanced with the inclusion of built-in Agion® to prevent microbial growth.
