This Manitowoc Ice unit features an EasyTouch display that streamlines the operation by helping you get the ice production done with just a single tap. This smart controller also allows you to modify your production volume to meet slower or higher demands. The acoustical ice-sensing probe guarantees that every cube of dice ice the machine produces has the same thickness and quality.

The Indigo Series ice machine also sends cleaning alerts and instructions. Foodzone parts are removable and can be accessed from the front of the unit. Your operation is always safe and sanitary, thanks to the Alphasan antimicrobial coating on the refrigeration parts that come into contact with the water and ice.
