The Nemco 6900A-208-FF PaniniPro™ Commercial grill is an excellent solution for operators that offer a lot of pressed sandwiches on their menu and want to be able to customize the cooking parameters while making it simple for users to repeat the results from sandwich to sandwich. The heating plates are made from aluminum for durability and both the upper and lower plates are flat. The plates offer a 10.5" x 10.5" cooking area.

The intuitive to use controls on this Panini Grill come with a digital display and simple electronic push-button interface allowing users to quickly get the results they need. To fully customize how sandwiches are cooked or heated operators can experiment with the setting to get the desired results. Once the ideal settings have been entered they can be saved to the sandwich press and easily accessed by users for repeatability. If you have a battery of presses or multiple locations the included USB makes it simple to transfer recipes to keep everything consistent.

Unlike most presses that only use direct condition to heat sandwiches, this press features microwave heating. This allows the exterior of the sandwich to be quickly heated for a crisp finish while the microwave heating quickly heats the interior to match. 

The exterior features durable stainless steel construction that is simple to wipe down and also includes 4” stainless steel legs to make cleaning the area under and around the press as easy as possible. To make opening and closing the press effortless, the hinge is sprung. This model comes from the factory wired to use 208v power and comes complete with a NEMA 6-30P plug to connect it to a power source that can safely deliver 28.0 amps.
