NEMCO 6900A-240-GF Description
With the Nemco 6900A-240-GF PaniniPro™ Commercial grill, average users can easily cook pressed sandwiches to perfection without extensive training. The aluminum heating plates are durable and provide excellent heat transfer. The upper plate has a Grooved finish and the lower plate has a flat finish. The cooking area of this Panini Grill is 10.5" x 10.5".
The digital controls are simple to use and eliminate the guesswork out of producing the best results. The cooking parameters are highly customizable providing operators with a wide range of options to get the flavor and texture they want for their sandwiches. After honing in a recipe operators can save it to make it easily accessible to users. Recipes are easy to import or export via the USB port and included USB drive. With this system, it’s simple to transfer recipes to multiple presses. Aside from the normal conduction heating that most sandwich presses offer, this press also has microwave heating to thoroughly and quickly cook sandwiches.
The stainless steel exterior makes it simple to clean this unit with a wipe-down. The upper plate and cover are supported by a spring hinge to make it easy to open. Four 4” stainless steel legs prop it up on the counter making cleaning underneath it as simple as can be. This press is designed to use 240v electricity and comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug to connect it to an outlet that can deliver 24.0 amps of current.
This panini grill is ETL and NSF listed as well as manufactured in the USA.
