The 6900A-208-GG PaniniPro™ Commercial grill from Nemco is a simple to use sandwich press that comes complete with everything an operator needs to customize various sandwich recipes while maintaining consistency for every sandwich. The heating plates are made from aluminum for durability and both the upper plate and lower plate feature a grooved finish. The plates offer a 10.5" x 10.5" cooking area.

Thanks to the easy to read digital display and simple electronic push-button controls this Panini Grill is intuitive to use. Operators can easily customize the cooking times and temperatures, Once the perfect settings have been made they are easily saved on the press to make recipes easily repeatable with the push of a button. The recipes are can be exported and imported via USB making it simple to update recipes to multiple presses. Unlike most presses that only use direct condition to heat sandwiches, this press features microwave heating. This allows the exterior of the sandwich to be quickly heated for a crisp finish while the microwave heating quickly heats the interior to match.

For simple cleaning, the exterior is made from stainless steel that will stand the test of time even in busy commercial environments. The unit stands on 4” stainless steel legs providing access to the bottom of the unit allowing users to easily wipe the counter under and around it. A spring hinge makes opening the press as effortless as possible. This press is designed to use 208v electricity and comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug to connect it to an outlet that can deliver 28.0 amps of current.
