NEMCO 6900A-208-GF Description
To give operators a simple to program and use sandwich press the 6900A-208-GF PaniniPro™ Commercial grill from Nemco is an excellent choice that makes it easy for users to get consistent results without special training. The aluminum heating plates are durable and provide excellent heat transfer. The upper plate has a grooved finish and the lower plate has a flat finish. The cooking area of this press is 10.5" x 10.5".
The intuitive to use controls come with a digital display and simple electronic push-button interface allowing users to quickly get the results they need. The cooking parameters are highly customizable providing operators with a wide range of options to get the flavor and texture they want for their sandwiches. After honing in a recipe operators can save it to make it easily accessible to users. Recipes are easy to import or export via the USB port and included USB drive. With this system, it’s simple to transfer recipes to multiple presses. The exterior of sandwiches are quickly heated by conduction while microwave heating makes sure the middle of the sandwich is properly heated.
The exterior features durable stainless steel construction that are simple to wipe down and also includes 4” stainless steel legs to make cleaning the area under and around the press as easy as possible. To make opening and closing the press effortless, the hinge is sprung. To connect this press to a 208voutlet it comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug, the maximum current draw of this model is 28.0 amps.
