It allows operators to customize preset cooking modes and lock them in to make consistent flavor and texture as simple as possible for the average user. This Panini Grill comes with a smooth upper and lower plate, both heater plates are made from aluminum for durability and flexibility. The plates offer 110 sq. in. of cooking area. 

Thanks to the easy to read digital display and simple electronic push-button controls allow for intuitive use. Operators can easily customize the cooking times and temperatures, Once the perfect settings have been made they are easily saved on the press to make recipes easily repeatable with the push of a button. The recipes are can be exported and imported via USB making it simple to update recipes to multiple presses. The exterior of sandwiches are quickly heated by conduction while microwave heating makes sure the middle of the sandwich is properly heated.

For simple cleaning, the exterior is made from stainless steel that will stand the test of time even in busy commercial environments. The unit stands on 4” stainless steel legs providing access to the bottom of the unit allowing users to easily wipe the counter under and around it. A spring hinge makes opening the press as effortless as possible. To connect this press to a 240v outlet it comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug, the maximum current draw of this model is 24.0 amps.
