Vulcan 2ER85DF Description
If your operation does a lot of deep frying and you need a dual fryer battery that uses electric power and comes with oil filtration, the 2ER85DF Fryer from Vulcan is an excellent option with 85 lbs capacity fry tanks. The Commercial Deep Fryers in this battery are all ENERGY STAR® qualified for efficiency.
Each fry tank is made from durable 16 gauge stainless steel and the frying oil is evenly heated by 24 kW ribbon style heating elements.
This fryer comes with digital controls with accurate temperature control from 200° to 390°F for fast recovery. Two count-down timer can be used to cook with either compensating time or actual time. Thanks to auto boil-out mode and three melt modes make this fryer is extremely easy to use.
At the bottom of this fryer system, an 18 gauge stainless steel filter vessel houses the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system made up of a stainless steel mesh filter. For further filtration of particles down to .5 microns, optional KleenScreen PLUS® filter envelopes are available. A ⅓ HP filter motor makes sure filtration is quick to minimize downtime with a ⅓ HP pump.
Stainless steel construction of the cabinet and fry tank make sure cleaning and maintenance are as easy as possible. This fryer comes mounted on adjustable 6” legs to make it easy to keep level. Twin fry baskets featuring plastic coated handles are also included.
This fryer uses 48 kW of electricity.
