Vulcan VCCG60-IS Description
The Vulcan VCCG60-IS Heavy Duty Griddle is a gas-heated heavy-duty countertop griddle that can keep up with the most demanding commercial kitchen’s needs with its 60” wide griddle plate. The infrared burners apply efficient heat to the 1” thick polished steel griddle plate evenly without hot or cold spots. The thick griddle plate provides plenty of thermal mass that maintains the cooking temperature of the cooking surface for the best results.
This griddle has five control knobs that allow the temperature to be set from 200°F to 550°F allowing for cooking zones with the temperatures you need. This griddle comes with five 24,000 BTU/hr infrared burners that evenly apply heat to the griddle plate. For ease of use, it features electronic ignition and a pilot protection system.
To make sure this griddle stands up to commercial use it features a fully welded aluminized steel chassis and stainless steel construction for its front, sides, and front top ledge. With a 6 qt, capacity grease drawer, this griddle has plenty of room for excess grease. The stainless steel grease drawer is easy to remove from the front of the unit for simple grease management.
For easy leveling, this countertop griddle comes mounted on adjustable 4” legs and has a cooking height of 14.7”.
This griddle requires 120,000 BTU/hr of gas input and comes with a ¾” rear gas connection. 120v power is supplied to the unit with a 6’ power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
