Are you looking for a countertop griddle that can keep up with your busy commercial kitchen’s needs? The Vulcan VCCG24-IR Heavy Duty Griddle is a heavy-duty countertop griddle coming in at 24” wide that can keep up with the busiest kitchens. Infrared burners quickly and efficiently heat the ¾” thick composite griddle plate featuring a stainless steel cooking surface providing quick recovery reducing wait times to reach the needed temperature.
To precisely control temperature, this griddle has two control knobs that can be adjusted from 200°F to 550°F to provide the temperature you need where you need it. With two infrared burners each requiring 24,000 BTU/hr of input, this model efficiently heats the griddle plate evenly. The pilot protection system and electric ignition make operation simple and safe.
The stainless steel exterior sides, front, and front ledge make sure this unit will maintain its looks for years to come while keeping it easy to clean. For durability, the chassis is made from fully welded aluminized steel. To make grease removal easy, this griddle features a 6 qt. stainless steel grease drawer that is easy to remove from the front or emptying whenever it’s convenient.
To make keeping this griddle level on a counter simple it comes on adjustable 4” legs. The cooking height of this model is 14.7”
This griddle requires 48,000 BTU/hr of gas input and comes with a ¾” rear gas connection. 120v power is supplied to the unit with a 6’ power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
