The Electrolux Professional 504279 (EHT8IELG4) Dishwasher features a ventless hood design and is rated to process up to 1,134 dishes or 63 racks per hour. 

The programming and advanced electronic controls in this unit allow users to operate it with ease. Self-diagnostics make troubleshooting and service tasks very simple. To make sure the interior is always clean and ready to be loaded an automatic rise-down cycle is initiated whenever necessary. For the convenience of operation, there are three wash cycle lengths allowing operators to select the appropriate wash time based on the condition of the items being loaded into the device. Wash times are 150 seconds, 84 seconds, and 57 seconds in length. To prevent delicate items from being damaged the soft start feature can be used.

To prevent detergent-filled water from dripping onto freshly washed items this Commercial Dishwasher features a sloped ceiling and stainless steel wash arms that are slanted. To eliminate places that dirt and grime can hide inside the unit, the 6.4-gallon tank is seamlessly welded.

This dishwasher only uses ½ a gallon of water for every rack washed. The temperature of the water during the wash and rinse cycles always reaches the proper temperatures thanks to the unique temperature interlock. Cold water entering the unit is heated to a sanitary 180°F by an atmospheric booster which eliminates the need for any external booster. To avoid items from being removed without being rinsed properly, this unit features “Wash Safe Control” which activates a green light when the rinse cycle has finished completely.

To allow for higher amounts of active detergent and cleaner wash water, this unit uses the CLEAR BLUE filter system. To prevent the wash chamber and hydraulic circuits from building up with scales, a ZERO LIME device is installed which also lowers power consumption. An ESD (Energy Saving Device) installed in the device allows cold water to be preheated before entering the atmospheric booster. This makes use of heat energy being expelled by the device and utilizes it in a way that reduces the energy needed by the atmospheric booster to do its job.

The dishwasher comes with a variety of containers for loading items, a yellow basket to hold 18 dinner plates, a blue basket for glassware designed to hold 24 large cups or 48 small ones, and a pair of yellow containers designed to hold cutlery.

This dishwasher is configured for use with 240v/60/3-ph power at 24.0 amps.
