This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that features a water cooled ice machine condenser that can produce up to 316 lbs every 24 hours under ideal conditions. This ice machine produces half-dice ice with the dimensions 3/8” x7/8”x7/8”. Every 100 lbs of ice this unit produces requires the following: 179 gallons of water for condenser cooling, 6.19 kWh of power, and 19.6 gallons of drinkable water.

This cubes ice machine features a Plastic Food Zone made up of recyclable BPA-free snap-together parts. Cleaning these parts is simple since they are safe to put in the dishwasher. The front panel is easy to remove with a minimal number of screws granting complete access to the Plastic Food Zone. Access through the front panel makes cleaning and maintenance convenient since the cuber does not need t ob e moved. An Agion® treatment protects components from bacteria to make sure ice is as pure as possible.
