This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker is rated to produce 435 lbs in a 24-hour period with air and water temperatures of 70°F and 50°F, respectively. This Ice Machine is self-contained and the condenser is air cooled. The full-dice ice produced by this cuber measures 7/8”x7/8”x7/8”. 5.43 kWh of power and 19.8 gallons of water are consumed for every 100 pounds of ice made. The power configuration of this unit is 115v/60/1-ph at 11.0 amps.

Ice production occurs inside the unit’s Plastic Food Zone which is made up of recyclable BPA-free parts. These parts are dishwasher safe making them easy to clean. The parts do not require tools to remove thanks to the snap-together construction. Accessing these parts for cleaning and maintenance is made convenient through the removable front panel. Agion® technology is included in this model to prevent microbial growth between cleaning sessions.
