ICE-O-Matic GEM0956W Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a water cooled Pearl Ice Maker model with the capability to produce a maximum of 1,053 lbs of ice every 24 hours. To produce 100 lbs of ice, this nugget dice ice unit requires 84.3 gallons of water for cooling the condenser, 12 gallons of water to freeze into the ice and 3.12 kWh of power. This model uses 208-230v/60/1-ph and 15.2 amps at full load
Water cooled ice machines do not introduce more heat and noise into a kitchen and don’t need a remote condenser unit which requires holes to be drilled through walls, roofs, and ceilings. Water-cooled ice makers are the best choice for places that have access to affordable water due to the large amounts it consumes on a daily basis.
A water sensor inside this unit makes sure that if there is a water failure the system will prevent it from operating when water levels are low or non-existent to prevent damage.
